Our Delivery Services

We provide nationwide delivery at no additional cost for most areas in the UK Mainland. However, there are certain postcodes where an extra delivery charge applies at the checkout. 

These postcodes include:

  • Highlands: AB, KA, IV1-40, PA1-19, PH1-18
  • Scottish Islands: IV41-51, IV55-56, IV45-52, IV63, KW15-17, PA20-80, PH19-50, KW1-14, HS, ZE
  • Scilly Isles: TR21-25
  • Channel Islands: All Areas
  • Isle of Man: All Areas
  • Isle of Wight: PO30-41
  • Northern Ireland: BT1-99

For customers residing in these areas, there will be an additional delivery charge. However, for customers in the UK Mainland (excluding the specified regions), our delivery service remains free of charge.

We utilize independent courier service nationwide for all our products. Once your order has been processed, we offer free shipping handling times which typically takes about 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

If you have received a tracking number via email, it indicates that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. Once your tracking information changes from "On Its Way" to "In Transit," you can expect your shipment to arrive within approximately 1 business working days.

Total delivery time: 2-3 business working days

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us at sales@Radiatorvillage.co.uk within 1 day of placing your order.
