Return Process:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please get in touch with our customer service team to initiate the returns process. They will require your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have received this information, we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Furthermore, all accessories and manuals must be included in the original packaging.

Costs:

If you do not like the item, or change of heart customers are responsible for the shipping costs by law when returning the item to our warehouse. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

Exceptions:

Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for items that have been damaged due to improper use or maintenance. If the items has been damaged in transit or arrived damage then we will collect the item and exchange the item for you at no cost. 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. If you have any inquiries regarding your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please reach out to our customer service team. They will be delighted to assist you in selecting a new product and coordinating the return of the original item.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receipt. We will make arrangements to ship a replacement item to you and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
